
PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. — A Kenosha man with a decades-long alcohol-related driving history is facing multiple misdemeanor charges after police say he was caught driving drunk, without a valid license, and without a court-ordered ignition interlock device during an early-morning traffic stop in the Village of Pleasant Prairie.

Once again we see how effective it is to revoke a license and order an ignition device. He probably will be given the same sentence again—to the same effect. Impound the car! Must we wait until he kills an innocent??
