SALEM LAKES, Wis. — A Trevor man was charged Tuesday in Kenosha County Circuit Court with multiple domestic abuse-related misdemeanors after prosecutors declined to file felony charges sought by the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Office, which had requested counts of felony substantial battery and intent to cause bodily harm. Instead, Robert Dennis Needham, 68, was charged only with misdemeanor offenses and released after posting a $1,150 cash bail.
