KENOSHA, Wis. — Newly filed court records are shedding light on an overnight police standoff that occurred late Jan. 9 into the early hours of Jan. 10 in the 6600 block of 27th Avenue, revealing allegations of violent assaults, threats involving a firearm, and evidence seized from inside the apartment after officers were unable to locate the suspect.

He is a psycho that is out on bail and hurt minors including my grand daughter! N he’s out on $15.000 bail. He beat up minors caused them to go to hospital because of what he did to them.
