Hood rats.
Who thought more apartments in Pleasant Prairie was a good idea?Hmmm…
Knotty & nappy.
yall r stupid and ignorant
I fought with PP how about adding more low income apartments to the village and what would happen since I’m originally from Waukegan area and I only know what happens when you do this.. but nobody in PP cared to listen. They were more concerned with not receiving adequate funding from the state/fed to cater to the lowest common denominator and that is adding apartment complexes for drug dealing domestic violence gangster, welfare.. okay then watch Kenosha turn into Waukegan and Zion. Is that simple. I know people wanted to be more complex but it’s really not
