Would the officer rather have him relieve himself in the back seat of his car?
What bothers me the most is that this creep had a child in his car while driving drunk and high. He is a filthy pig for urinating in the street!
I guess when you gotta go , you gotta go! Lol

Momma says that you should never pass up a chance to use the restroom before you travel.
When he doesn’t show up for his court date. He thought he was coming to Wisconsin for a little vacation he does not want to return to Illinois on probation.
Hopefully someone like this will eventually skip out on there almost non-existent bail and do serious damage to something someone of importance to the absolute f****** jackass of a court commissioner setting these ridiculously low bonds. God damn you to hell for letting all these people skip out if they don’t feel like coming back to face the music.
