JANESVILLE, Wis. — U.S. Rep. Bryan Steil announced Monday that he will hold his monthly telephone town hall on Tuesday, Jan. 20, at 4 p.m. Central Time.
The call-in event is open to residents of Wisconsin’s 1st Congressional District and is intended to give constituents an opportunity to ask questions, share concerns, and hear updates from Washington.
Steil said accessibility and regular communication with constituents remain a top priority, particularly for families facing economic and policy challenges.
“One of my top priorities is to be available and accessible to Wisconsin families,” Steil said. “I look forward to hearing from residents about the challenges they are facing, discussing recent events in Washington, and having a productive conversation about how we can move our nation forward.”
According to his office, Steil has held multiple in-person listening sessions during the current Congress throughout the 1st District, including stops in Beloit, Bristol, Elkhorn, Janesville, and Mount Pleasant.
Residents of the 1st Congressional District can sign up for Congressman Steil’s telephone town hall by going to Steil.house.gov/live or calling his office at (608) 752-4050.

Every time I’ve contacted his office I’ve been blown off and given nonsubstantive responses. It will be hard to vote for a Democrat but this useless congressman has to go.

I do not care for these phone Town Halls either, because they simply don’t work unless you have nothing better to do than sit on the phone trying to stay awake for someone to suddenly click and say it’s your turn. About the only thing Paul Ryan got right was doing more actual meat and great and updates, unfortunately he went completely wacko when Trump was elected, to the point where I honestly believe he was threatened or blackmailed when he became speaker, just due to the speed he absolutely went TDS bizarro.
