KENOSHA, Wis. — Two women are facing felony charges in Kenosha County after authorities allege they used stolen credit cards and personal identifying information to make multiple unauthorized purchases in Kenosha and Zion, Illinois. Lynn Staples, 66, of Kenosha, and Laytoya Renea Speed, 41, of Zion, Illinois, were both charged today with four counts each of unauthorized use of an individual’s personal identifying information as a party to a crime, all Class H felonies. Court records show both women were summonsed into court and are scheduled to make their initial appearances on October 26.
