KENOSHA, Wis. — After hearing oral testimony from Andy “Sergeant Hard” Berg and oral arguments from counsel for the child’s mother, Court Commissioner Alexandra Smathers on Tuesday ruled that Berg will have no custody or contact with his 11-year-old daughter at this time, finding that continued placement would endanger the child. Smathers granted the mother sole legal custody and primary placement following a contested hearing in which Berg was given the opportunity to tell his side of the story.

Good for mom. I would keep my kids away from that loser too! Having threesomes and selling drugs and weapons while a 11 year old is in the house. He don’t care about them kids. Loser ass Andy
What a terrible father, so glad mom has full custody. He is nothing but a drug dealer and faces the consequences he deserves.
What do you think Andy? I know you are reading this.
