KENOSHA, Wis. — A felony theft charge accusing former Kenosha County Board Supervisor Andrew A. “Andy” Berg of stealing from his own charity, Garden of Eatin-Kenosha, has been dismissed — effectively extinguishing the only criminal prosecution tied directly to the years-long controversy over alleged misuse of donor funds. More than a month after the dismissal, the Kenosha County District Attorney’s Office has not refiled the case, and sources close to the matter say that likelihood has all but vanished.

Dudes a complete loser. He sold drugs and guns with his kids in the house, lost custody and his job. Then comments on Kenosha exposed about the da buying alcohol for a 17 year old. Sit this one out ya bum, you sold drugs and guns while a kid was there, while with a dude.

Just think about the IQ level of the idiots that voted for him.
All blue-haired libs.
I’m not familiar with how the court system works, but even though the case was dismissed, would the people who donated money be able to take him to civil court?
