KENOSHA, Wis. — Terrance L. Kirksey, 33, of Kenosha, was charged Monday with eight crimes after police say he held a woman against her will for nearly two days, repeatedly beat and strangled her, threatened to kill her and even threw her dog across a room. Kirksey faces four felonies and four misdemeanors. Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum set Kirksey’s bail at $100,000 cash Monday afternoon.
