KENOSHA, Wis. — Before Reserve Judge Phillip A. Koss, temporarily serving in Kenosha County, Jesse L. Nelson, 40, of Kenosha, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a felony count of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, fourth offense. The court found Nelson guilty, revoked his bonds, ordered a presentence investigation, and remanded him into custody immediately following the plea hearing.
