No surprise here. However, it should have been is girlfriend (the Deputy Chief of the department) to be suspended first. But maybe she is next when investigations reveal all the crap these two pull including bad mouthing the Chief to crews, pushing out people with actual leadership knowledge, and being the biggest micro managers in the fire service. In all my years,SLFD was the most painful department I have ever worked for. Chief positions are based on skills and knowledge. Not years on the department.
