KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man accused of pulling a handgun and firing a shot during a volatile neighborhood confrontation is now wanted after Court Commissioner William Michel II signed a $20,000 cash arrest warrant Tuesday, Jan. 27, for Jacque K. Turner, 34, of Kenosha. Authorities consider Turner armed and dangerous, and anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact law enforcement immediately by calling 911, the Kenosha Police Department non-emergency line at 262-656-1234, or Kenosha Area Crime Stoppers at 262-656-7333.
