KENOSHA, Wis. — Jerrad Lamar Williams, 37, of Racine appeared in Kenosha County Circuit Court on Wednesday after being arrested the day prior on a $750 cash arrest warrant signed Dec. 9 by then-Commissioner Hughes, with Court Commissioner William Michel II setting a $750 cash bail at Wednesday’s hearing. Williams is due back in court on Feb. 5 for a preliminary hearing.
