KENOSHA, Wis. — Donovan Castillo, 15, of the 6700 block of 30th Avenue, pleaded guilty Friday to all charges tied to a school shooting threat investigation that rattled Kenosha schools and triggered widespread fear among parents, educators, and law enforcement late last year. Judge Gerad Dougvillo presided over the disposition hearing and ordered Castillo into secure juvenile detention under supervision of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.

Wow! Someone who is actually not trying to get out of the charges! The way things are looking for other criminals in Kenosha courts, he might of been able to reduce the charges if he had tried! It seems like so many criminals are getting slaps on the hand. Glad he is not a threat to anyone for at least 24 months.
