KENOSHA, Wis. — Criminal charges against Daniel J. Plants were dismissed this month after the Kenosha County District Attorney’s Office missed a court-ordered deadline to amend the complaint and then chose not to refile the case once it was thrown out.

Multiple are always charged with domestic, battery or any kind of abuse. However doesn’t mean they are guilty. Only in 3 states in the entire country Wisconsin is 1 can someone be charged on Hearsay. People have a right to fight there cases before getting these public Lynches. Not everyone is guilty. There are alot of of woman who accuse men everyday of things that they do not do. Charges are usually only dismissed if they didnt do it.
