KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man facing a felony fourth-offense drunk driving charge along with drug and obstruction counts was formally charged in court today and released on a $7,500 cash bail, a decision that has angered law enforcement officers who view the amount as another example of OWI felonies being treated lightly in Kenosha County.

I’m sure he’ll be put on “monitoring “ and be told to install an ignition device, since such previous sentences have shown to be so effective. Sheesh.
So yall lock people up on a crazy ass bond for weed but he gets bail of 7,500 for a not one but FOURTH offense for actual hard drugs ? Ok.
