KENOSHA, Wis. — A man long known in Kenosha County as the so-called “fake eye doctor” quietly resolved several criminal cases by plea deals the morning of trial, capping years of prosecutions tied to unlicensed optometry, theft allegations, bail jumping, drug-related behavior, and escalating violence — while his more serious felony cases remain set for sentencing later this spring before Judge Jason Rossell.
