Sometimes enough is enough
Is there a restraining order?
Any evidence these things actually occurred?
Intoxication?
How do you charge without evidence???
Unfortunately I live in the same building and can confirm it’s true, I myself came close to calling the police, but another resident advised me otherwise and encouraged me to stay out of it, especially after what happened last time we tried to get involved, she attacked us, and defended him, and is still defending him on Facebook after his arrested.
