KENOSHA COUNTY, Wis. — A Kenosha man with multiple prior felony convictions for fleeing law enforcement appeared in court Tuesday and was formally charged across seven separate criminal cases, including a felony robbery, a dangerous high-speed police pursuit, felony drug possession, and a string of retail thefts that prosecutors allege unfolded over several weeks across Kenosha County.
