KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man was charged in court Thursday after deputies say he led law enforcement on a high-speed chase, was found with hundreds of grams of marijuana packaged for sale, and committed multiple traffic offenses while already out on bond, with Court Commissioner William Michel II setting bail at only $2,500 cash.
