KENOSHA, Wis. — Despite facing up to 87 years in the Wisconsin state prison system if convicted, a Kenosha man accused of operating a large-scale drug distribution operation while illegally possessing firearms was given just a $15,000 cash bail Thursday by Court Commissioner William Michel II, a low bond amount that underscores the commissioner’s lack of concern for alleged drug dealing and firearms crimes. The defendant is due back in court on Feb. 12 for a preliminary hearing.

I have a relation who is just as stupid as this fine citizen. Low level drug dealer busted repeatedly since high school.
