PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. — A 64-year-old Pleasant Prairie man was formally charged Tuesday with third-offense operating while intoxicated after police say he crashed his vehicle into a roundabout last week while impaired, with Court Commissioner William “Bargain Bail Billy” Michel II allowing him to remain free on $850 statutory cash bail.
