KENOSHA COUNTY, Wis. — A 48-year-old Racine man and longtime Racine County Sheriff’s detective is facing sweeping allegations of repeated strangulation, domestic violence, and sexual coercion spanning more than a decade, and although a four-year domestic abuse injunction was granted against him, Court Commissioner William “Bargain Bail Billy” Michel II allowed him to retain possession of his firearm while on duty.

Wow
Damn……
All women should be believed.
I disagree, the so called women from Trevor accused a Ike the bar owner at kick stand bar of rape, after he lost his bar, his collector car and his good name, it was proven she lied. Now he and his lawyers are going after her lying ass.
This officer should of been put on unpaid leave! How this woman put up with him for so many years is hard to understand. I hope she gets as far away from this terrible human. He needs anger management and counciling for his pornography problem!
Cuz she wuves him. He’s a super guy,
unless they accuse a democrat
Right, and all public servants in the criminal justice system should be taken at their word as well. That wouldnt cause chaos in a society. No wait. Thats how we got where we are now
No worries. The narcissists are being exposed for what they are so save the talking points or you may be taken down with them when they are held accountable for laws they actually did violate
How does Michel have a job? His boss needs to be fired as well, he is an idiot! Won”t be happy till someone is killed because of stupid decisions made by Michel.
You think that’s bad?
Tony Evers: Here, hold my beer …
Cop beats wife? shocking!
Back the blue?
99.5% of the time, yes.
1% of the time.
“Bargain Bail Billy” got some pals down here in Kenosha doing the same thing.
He is allowed to continue working as a LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER? We are doomed as a society.
This guy was part of a task force to fight child predators and human trafficking.

Had he prohibited him from possessing a firearm they would have been able to fire him. Way to go.
