KENOSHA, Wis. — Jeremy O. Williams, 36, is back in the Kenosha County Jail and is expected to be charged Friday with attempted first-degree intentional homicide and felon in possession of a firearm following Wednesday night’s shooting in the inner city just west of downtown.
