PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. — An Illinois man accused of leading Pleasant Prairie police on a high-speed chase topping 113 miles per hour was charged Thursday with felony reckless endangerment and fleeing an officer, and Court Commissioner William “Bargain Bail Billy” Michel II set $15,000 cash bail during his initial appearance.
