KENOSHA, Wis. — A 29-year-old Kenosha man accused of crashing a BMW into a pole while intoxicated and then fleeing through a cornfield carrying his injured 3-year-old son was charged Friday and given only a $3,000 cash bail by Court Commissioner William “Bargain Bail Billy” Michel II.
