KENOSHA, Wis. — A 54-year-old Kenosha man who received what many viewed as a sweet plea deal under the former District Attorney’s administration in a felony stalking and burglary case is back in the Kenosha County Jail on a PO hold after being arrested for operating while intoxicated — for the second time since being placed on probation.

I guess we’ll just let this guy just keep spiraling until he kills somebody. Then they can give them probation again.
