KENOSHA COUNTY, Wis. — A 26-year-old Chicago man is facing two felony charges after prosecutors say he led law enforcement on a high-speed interstate chase that topped 130 miles per hour and ended with a loaded handgun being recovered along the roadway. Liberal Activist Supplemental Court Commissioner Aileen Henry set bail at $2,500 cash during his initial appearance. He is due back in court on February 24, 2026 for a preliminary hearing.
