KENOSHA, Wis. — Andrew T. Froh, 30, of Kenosha, was charged Tuesday with two felony counts of substantial battery and multiple misdemeanor counts after prosecutors allege he punched a woman, her husband and another man during a violent altercation at Clubhouse Bar and Grill, leaving one victim with an orbital floor fracture and another with a broken nose. Supplemental Court Commissioner Michael Masnica set Froh’s bail at only $1,500 cash, despite the gruesome allegations, and ordered him to have no contact with the three victims, stay away from Clubhouse Bar and Grill, and refrain from consuming controlled substances without a valid prescription.

This a$$hole deserves to be in jail. Look at his priors. I hope he is made to pay for any medical bills and trauma therapy. POS
Trauma therapy? Grow a spine.
