PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. — Alfredo Rubio Jr., 34, of Burlington, was charged Wednesday with multiple felonies after authorities say he led a Wisconsin State Patrol trooper on a high-speed freeway chase that reached more than 100 miles per hour before crashing into a field and allegedly exposing himself to law enforcement. Supplemental Court Commissioner Aileen Henry ordered $8,000 cash bail during his initial appearance. Rubio is due back in court Feb. 25 for a preliminary hearing.
