Former KUSD Employee Hired As Director Of Outreach And Schools; Boys & Girls Club Leaders Stay Silent On Record Tampering Allegations

KENOSHA, Wis. — The Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha is declining to answer questions about its decision to hire Danielle Nixon, a former Kenosha Unified School District employee who resigned short of being fired amid allegations she fabricated student attendance records.

Danielle Nixon

Kenosha County Eye is in possession of Nixon’s personnel file and related district records detailing the attendance review that preceded her resignation. The documents show she submitted a resignation form on March 7, 2025, stating she had “accepted a new position” . Her departure came as administrators were reviewing attendance changes tied to her login credentials over a period of several months.

As previously reported by Kenosha County Eye, allegations made to this publication indicated Nixon altered or deleted thousands of student attendance records over an extended period. Sources alleged some of the changes allowed students to remain eligible for athletics despite excessive tardies or unexcused absences. Nixon’s husband was employed as a coach within the district at the time, a detail that heightened concern among some staff and parents when the allegations surfaced.

District policy documents contained in the personnel file state that dishonesty or unauthorized modification of work records can result in disciplinary action up to and including termination. While the district did not formally announce a firing, multiple sources described Nixon’s resignation as occurring just short of termination, characterizing it as a situation in which the district effectively pushed her out.

Now serving as Director of Outreach and Schools at the Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha, Nixon oversees programming and school coordination efforts — a role that involves direct interaction with youth and school partnerships. Community members who contacted Kenosha County Eye said they found the hiring particularly troubling given the prior allegations involving student records.

Kenosha County Eye asked Chief Executive Officer Tara Panasewicz and Director of Operations Lloyd Lewin whether the organization was aware of the attendance allegations when Nixon was hired, what vetting was conducted, and what safeguards are in place in her current role.

Neither administrator provided comment.

The Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha serves hundreds of local children through after-school and outreach initiatives. At this time, leadership has chosen not to publicly address the concerns surrounding the hiring decision.

  1. What about her getting fired from her last job at kenosha county for falsifying payroll records and getting paid for sitting in a coffee shop instead of working?

  2. Why didn’t the school and the district athletic directors follow up and and report this to wiaa. Because they didn’t want teams to have to give up victories for playing with ineligible kids.
    This should be looked at

  3. Danielle Nixon should fit in nicely at the Boys & Girls Club. Believe Jeff Milkie is up at the top and he too is a convicted felon. Moral of the story, stay the fuck away from this organization.

    1. BGC in Kenosha is pathetic at this point. Last resort extracurriculars. The staff do not respect the children and only pander to child-like adults when they don’t get their way.

  4. Reminds me of the KUSD primary in 2012. Seven candidates, one of whom was Shannon Molina, a KEA stooge, far leftie, and member of “Drinking Liberally”. who had been working at the Boys and Girl’s Club,, but was fired for not getting the job done. She was a KEA suck, who is probably working for George Soris these days. The Kenosha News refused to run her firing. Too bad Kevin didn’t have KCE in those days, but it was outrageous that she was only on the ballot because Mary Modder was her “handler”.

  5. I caught a bit of the interview this morning with “Dah Mayor” and Pete S. It seems that folks who question are labeled as negative and not part of the future of Kenosha. He invites families to move here because Kenosha is a fun place. Tara P. and Mr. Milkie have a long connection to SJHS., they don’t rock the boat. Ms. Nixon was the only qualified candidate? Pah leeeeze! Now on to Antifa R. She sure doesn’t let the grass grow under her feet. This is why we need Kenosha Eye. We get the news that has been swept under the rug. We need to listen to the State of Kenosha address. Hopefully, Kevin M. will offer a rebuttal.

    1. “DEI active”?
DEI RULES in Kenosha, and long time political hacks and people who can’t cut it in actual jobs have long been associated with the Boys and Girls Club. The ones who couldn’t even qualify there, have to get jobs at Parkside and Carthage 🤣🤣🤣
Is it any surprise that Jabba the Hutt in clown glasses pops up there to feed at the trough?
