PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. — Jacob G. Campbell, 28, of Chicago, Illinois, was arrested February 17 after prosecutors previously charged him with felony retail theft and requested an arrest warrant. Supplemental Court Commissioner Michael Masnica issued a $2,500 cash arrest warrant in the case. Campbell posted the $2,500 bail following his arrest and is now scheduled to appear in court March 3 for his initial appearance.
