PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. — A 58-year-old Pleasant Prairie man was charged in Kenosha County Circuit Court today with felony burglary and theft after police say he broke into a home under construction and stole more than $4,000 worth of tools. Commissioner Michael Masnica set a $5,000 cash bail. He is due back in court on February 26 for a preliminary hearing.

Despicable human. This is what he does for a living. To lazy to go to work. He has to make other people’s lives miserable. I hope he does a long prision time to think about his actions!
