KENOSHA, Wis. — Joseph Lee Davis, 44, of Pleasant Prairie, was formally charged today with felony impersonating a peace officer, and Court Commissioner William “Bargain Bail Billy” Michel II set bail at $500 cash. Davis is due back in court March 6 for a preliminary hearing.
