KENOSHA, Wis. — A 23-year-old Kenosha man accused of leading deputies on a 120 mph interstate chase, crashing near a children’s medical clinic, driving drunk as a repeat offender and injuring a deputy during a struggle was charged Wednesday, and Court Commissioner William Michel II set $20,000 cash bail during his initial appearance.
