PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. — The Pleasant Prairie Police Department on Tuesday announced that three convicted sex offenders are being released from prison and will be relocating to residences within the village under lifetime supervision and electronic monitoring.
The notifications were issued pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 301.46(2m), which allows law enforcement agencies to inform the public of a sex offender’s release when officials determine that doing so will enhance community safety and awareness . Police emphasized that the individuals are not currently wanted and that the intent of the notice is to inform, not alarm, residents.
The first individual, Keith E. Williams, 58, will reside in the 11200 block of Old Green Bay Road. Williams’ most recent offense was failing to update sex offender registration information. He is a lifetime registrant in Wisconsin and will be electronically monitored. He is prohibited from having unsupervised contact with minors, must avoid contact with the victim of his offense, and is barred from drug use.
The second individual, Michael Gattie, 59, will live in the 12200 block of Sheridan Road. Gattie’s most recent offense was strangulation and suffocation. He was previously convicted of second-degree sexual assault of a child. Gattie is also a lifetime registrant, will be electronically monitored, and is barred from unsupervised contact with minors or the victim in his case.
The third individual, Tyrone F. Donald, 45, will reside in the 11200 block of Old Green Bay Road. Donald’s most recent convictions include second-degree sexual assault of a child and fleeing or eluding an officer. Like the others, he is a lifetime registrant, will be electronically monitored, and is subject to strict conditions prohibiting unsupervised contact with minors and contact with the victim.
All three men are required to register face-to-face with local law enforcement and comply with standard rules set by their parole agents. Police stated that any violations of release conditions will result in immediate apprehension and investigation .
Chief David Selvidge said the department’s goal in issuing the notices is to promote public awareness while reminding residents that misuse of the information through threats or harassment will not be tolerated .
Authorities encourage residents to remain vigilant and to report any suspicious or concerning behavior directly to law enforcement.

The worst thing is the halfway houses barely monitor them at all. Drinking in the backyard, empty beer cans and they just litter the empties in the forest behind the halfway house. Our church had a pedophile in his 50s join without any disclosures. He was always playing with the kids. One Sunday his defense attorney from 15 years prior saw him and reported to the church staff and board. They met to decide how to handle the situation and several members wanted him removed to protect the kids. Some members were in tears of empathy for him! We finally decided he could not be in our church physically but we would have a couple men take communion to him and pray with him every Sunday. He didn’t want to receive it and we never saw him again.
Now he is a priest and living happily ever after. Amen.
