KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha woman is facing a felony drug charge after police say she was stopped while driving intoxicated and found with narcotic pills inside her vehicle.

How is 3rd Offense OWI only a Misdemeanor ?
I was convicted of a DUI about 16 years ago. She was in my bad drinker class. I learned, stopped drinking, she did not.
I can tell she’s a drunk, bags under eyes, nose getting big and bulbous. She’ll be dead in a matter of years.
