KENOSHA, Wis. — A Milwaukee woman accused of participating in a coordinated retail theft scheme that targeted Best Buy and Marshalls stores in Kenosha appeared in court last week after authorities arrested her on an outstanding warrant.

Best Buy employees out number customers on their busiest days! The good news for her is that Kenosha judges are soft on crime. If she decides to move here, she could do this for a living for the rest of her life!
