SALEM LAKES, Wis. — A Trevor man accused of pointing a handgun at a friend’s head during a late-night drunken dispute was charged in Kenosha County court Monday and given a $1,500 cash bail by Court Commissioner William “Bargain Bail Billy” Michel II.
