KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man with a lengthy history of prior offenses was charged in two separate criminal cases Tuesday after police say he entered a residence without permission and, in a separate incident, threatened a fast-food worker with a knife. Court Commissioner William Michel II set a combined $6,500 cash bail during the defendant’s initial appearance.
