      1. Nah, that was so far back that Kenosha shouldn’t be used as a whipping boy anymore. You can think all of the so-called progressives that having infested this state like a cancer. They are the ones who, like our governor, would refuse to sign any legislation that could enact capital punishment for any reason at all. They actually prefer that there is nothing, nothing at all and no combination of anything that could possibly be done, that would be bad enough to warrant the death penalty. I strongly disagree.

  1. Draconian opinion here but our society is fucked! Blame it on government dependency, lack of family foundation, lack of morals, unwillingness to assimilate with the rest of society or all of the above.
The answer starts in the courts. Murder = swift capital punishment. All other crimes, “Up to” (x) amount of years turns into “minimum” amount of years with zero parole. How else are we to make our communities safe? Rehabilitation is a utopian buzzword. Means nothing to a criminal.

    1. You have to want to change in order for change to happen. Most of these people don’t want change. That’s the problem.

    2. Using incarceration to quell violence is racist just ask Brandin Johnson 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 mayor if Chicago.

  2. Or for that matter, why does he even qualify ?
Should not be given the opportunity to post anything !

Or on the other end, just let him out.
The person he wanted to kill is dead.
He’s not a danger to anyone else. Right ?

Society as a whole is safe.
He only wanted to kill his baby momma.
Or are there more out there ?????

    1. Pieces of shit like you who enable pieces of shit like him is why hell exists for you each to suffer in. Let him out why? So he can have the opportunity to repeat history? I think someone like you should be detained as well for encouraging it

      1. My comment was made in Jest.

Point being, considering the obvious guilt of this person. The fact that he made the call in after he shot her, why is bail even offered ?

They say bail isn’t supposed to be punitive.
Bail should be attainable. Not so high no one but a multi multi millionaire would be able to post.
It’s obvious here that he nor anyone related to him would be able to or want to post bail for him. So why bail at all ???

Second. The majority of the comments here are race related. Proof is that if you count the ones you see versus the count of how many comments there at the top of the story you will see some missing. 7 missing out of the 27 or so so far. It is assumed that Kevin removes them because they are so disgusting that they needn’t see the light of day.

Here we have a person who is in his 30s. Plenty of time to overcome his assumed lousy upbringing. Plenty of time to make a good life for himself and his family married or not. Obviously he hasn’t done any of those things. Still is disrespecting the mother of his child instead of “manning up” and moving forward towards a better life for all of them.

So my bail comment was to stir the pot, which it did, to point out that a person like this, at this age, that did this crime, shouldn’t get any sort of bail at all !!
He should be brought before a judge tomorrow. Have the police simply show pictures of the crime scene. Produce the gun and 911 call and sentence this lost soul to the same fate that he gave to this woman.
Out back. Same day. Same gun.

That fact that this obviously guilty person is given bail, regardless of the unattainable amount is ridiculous and the fact that we will house, feed and probably even pay for his attorney for the next two or more years before he is tried and convicted is what’s wrong with current society.

No I’m not advocating for his release. Exactly the opposite. I want him gone in the most quickest way possible.
Laws in this country need tuning to take these obviously guilty people and remove them as quickly as possible.
