PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. — An Illinois man accused of leading Pleasant Prairie police on a high-speed chase through the village made his initial appearance in court Thursday, where Court Commissioner William Michel II set a $25,000 cash bail. Miguel A. Pineda-Torres, 21, of Beach Park, Ill., is due back in court April 1 for a preliminary hearing.
