KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man accused of taking a woman’s phone as she threatened to call 911 in the middle of a late-night domestic disturbance was charged Monday with two felonies and a misdemeanor, and Court Commissioner William “Bargain Bail Billy” Michel II set cash bail at $1,000. Adam J. Gyzen, 32, of Kenosha, is due back in court April 7, 2026, for a preliminary hearing.
