Editor's Note (October 12, 2026, at 2:48 p.m.): On July 31, 2026, prosecutors dismissed the felony strangulation and misdemeanor battery charges against Keuch. He pleaded guilty to misdemeanor disorderly conduct with a domestic abuse enhancer. Kenosha County Circuit Court Judge Jason A. Rossell withheld judgment and approved a six-month deferred prosecution agreement. If Keuch successfully completes the agreement, he may avoid a judgment of conviction. The deferred agreement is not a finding on the merits that no criminal conduct occurred. A review hearing is scheduled for January 29, 2027.
KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man accused of choking his wife for approximately two minutes during a domestic dispute was released Monday on a no-cash bail by Liberal Activist Supplemental Court Commissioner Aileen “Half-Off” Henry, despite prosecutors asking for a $10,000 cash bail.

Half-off Henry is taking after Bargain Bail Billie since her job was done when she increased Plaza’s bail to the $2,000,000.
God what a time to be lenient on domestic abusers 🤯
WOW it never ceases to amaze me with the BS that happens in the hands of court Judges. Guess Kenosha needs new Judges
These aren’t judges, they’re commissioners appointed by the judges!! We need to do away with all the commissioners and let the judges do the jobs they were elected to do!! Then again, the judges are just as bad!!
Correct me if I’m wrong, but strangulation is a violent crime, isn’t it..
Strangulation Epidemic
