PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. — Lindenhurst, Illinois police officer Robert J. Holbach, 48, was charged Tuesday in Kenosha County with domestic violence-related crimes after being accused of threatening to kill his wife, drown his children and shoot his wife in the face. Court Commissioner William “Bargain Bail Billy” Michel II kept Holbach’s previously posted $650 cash bail in place and did not order him to surrender his weapons despite the allegations. His chief, however, placed him on leave.

What do we need to do to get rid of “Bargain Bail Billy” Michel II ??? He is incompetent and reckless. How many criminals get that treatment? He should be remanded. He a cop for God’s sake!! It’s sad that family is in danger and Michel is completely comfortable with that. Insane!
Inept Michel Bargain Bail Billy proving the “good ol boys club” still exists and that Women & Children’s safety, welfare and rights do not matter to him! It’s hard enough for abused women to come forward especially those associated with cops! When is domestic abuse to be taken seriously in this country?!!! This police officer is disgusting. He needs to have his gun taken away. I hope his wife and children are in a safe place. He has the nerve to spank his child and tell them to stop eating because they are fat! Look in the mirror idiot! You could stand to lose some weight!
