KENOSHA, Wis. — A Racine man who was wanted on two separate cases in Racine County—including a felony—was given just $150 cash bail Tuesday, while his co-defendant in a misdemeanor case was ordered to post $1,150 cash bail following a domestic-related disturbance inside a Kenosha store.
