PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. — A Tennessee man is facing felony charges after police say he caused a high-speed crash while “super drunk” and then attempted to punch an officer at the scene, according to a newly filed criminal complaint. Court Commissioner William “Bargain Bail Billy” Michel II set a $5,000 cash bond during the defendant’s initial appearance.
