KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man is facing multiple felony charges after prosecutors say he tried to run over two people with a vehicle following a violent domestic incident that began at a local Kwik Trip. What a piece of trash.
Are you referring to the commissioner?
The bigger story is the DA’s Office failing to write criminal complaints that cover the elements of the crime resulting is dismissed charges in this case. This is happening on a regular basis now. Criminals are getting charges dismissed at Initials due to poorly written complaints by the DA’s Office. There is no excuse for this. It is doing a disservice to the community and victims.
Are you the public defender attorney who rolls her eyes and makes the most repulsive faces each time the district attorney has something to say? You seem to be a little too obsessed; perhaps it’s the way the prosecutor is handling things. In the end, the reality is that he wins the trials, not you.
It was a child abuse intentionally causing bodily harm charge before domestic abuse..
Welll I’m not paying for some bullshit story that this TOOL comes up with. I was there in real time and know exactly what took place. You should probably get FACTS before you write BULLSHIT!!!!
How about you write about how the JUDGE IS A TOOL as well. Anything that happens to a CHILD REGARDLESS IF THEY are 1 month old to 16 years old should be charged as a FELONY not a misdemeanor. The tool that this story is about ACTUALLY BIT the victims leg and drew blood. Ughhh the judicial system is extremely corrupted!!!
This is why we need a Waffle House… Kwik Trips don’t deserve this.
Ktown Kops love felony charges
