BRISTOL, Wis. — Court Commissioner William “Bargain Bail Billy” Michel II set a $2,000 cash bond Friday for Ascencion D. Obregon, a 44-year-old Salem man accused of terrorizing his longtime girlfriend during what prosecutors describe as a two-day domestic violence incident involving threats to kill her, false imprisonment, and a knife. Prosecutors had asked for an $8,000 cash bond, while the defense requested no-cash bail.

She stayed with him 25 years?? Crazy and had 5 kids.
meth is one hell of a drug
He’s never done meth. Nice comment tho! That’s what happens when you struggle with Mental health problems. Keep your comments to yourself
Nice try. Sounds exactly like something that someone smoking meth with him would say….
Honestly, let’s have a piece of land like from the movie “Escape from New York” where we can just dump ALL the criminals and isolate it. Let them all deserve each other, and then make the rest of America pure. Problem/actual reality: the Pure and Innocent are a minority. Almost everyone has done something bad or evil, just haven’t been caught.
This guy and all his relatives are legit fucking losers. They should all kill themselves.
You sound like a joy to be around
His brother and himself did me dirty and a lot of other people, too. This is just the tip of an iceberg of criminal activity and betrayals. I forgive them so I dont carry negitive energy from hatred but I will avoid them like the plague (well pretty easy to avoid Andy).
